google redirect virus using search is redirected to an add

when i use google search .redirects to adds ..i use XP prof..i looked in other lists did not see. have tried super anti spyware and now have malwarebytes. it worked or for a day. then when restarted today .. same problem ..went to google help room and most on that site reccomended this group.. so ..here i am ..
