Hi to everyone,

My name is Mark and although I have often used this site during my Malware training I have yet to make a post.

I try my best to help OP's on Tech Support Guy and TechSpot OpenBoards, my knowledge in very much centered around BSOD's and freezing. I have a mass of canned responses for various tests and diagnosis.

I am presently training at Spyware Hammer for Malware removal under the mentor Quietman7 who has many posts on this site.

I intend to visit this site a bit more often to offer help to OP's.
