Hello everyone.
I found bleeping computer when I was Googleing my wifes Home Security 2012 fake virus detection. I used the virus removal guide and all seems fine, but as I browse the threads I am starting to wonder if I got it all? That is for a later day.

What brought me to register is that my computer lost internet so I browsed the forums and tried things then went to the only other computer on the hub and it had lost internet also. So I thought it was a hub gone bad and plugged it ito the modem directly still no internet. I couldn't find a similar thread so I will be posting in "Am I infected?".

Final thoughts are you people are great. Thanks from me and the multitude you help who don't even have to register, they just find their problem already solved by you folks.
