unidentified network after rootkit out of ideas

So i had the noaccess rootkit, i believe it is now removed, but i cant get online, network gives limited access unidentified network. Here is my latest FSS report:

Go Start>Run (Start search in Vista and 7), type in:
cmd
Click OK (in Vista, while holding CTRL, and SHIFT, press Enter).

At Command Prompt, type in:
netsh int ip reset reset.log
Hit Enter.
Type in:
netsh winsock reset catalog
Hit Enter.

Restart computer.
Post new FSS log.

when i run the 2nd command(winsock reset catalog) it tells me file path not specified. New fss log:

ok, so i reran the command, it doesnt say path not specified, it says cannot find file specified.

path is empty. there is something under TEMP and TMP but the Path value is empty.

Let's set generic path then.
Go back there and paste this into "path" window:
%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;

Restart computer and try commands from my post #2 again.
