Can you fit 12omm fans to 140mm holes? Are there adapters for this?

you may be able to take this and reverse it and get it to work? just out of curiousity, why are you asking-most cases I find that come with 140 mm fan mounts (such as the CM690 I recomended to you in another thread) also have 120 mm mounts inside the 140 mm mounts.

Media Center: Motherboard: Gigabyte mp61p-S3, Processor: AMD Athlon 64 x2 6000+, Memory: 6 gigs Patriot DDR2 800, Video: Saphire 4850, Storage: 500 gig Hitachi, PSU: OCZ Fatal1ty 550 watt modular PSU, OS: Windows 7 Ultimate.

FWIW: I don't necessarily use the screws to install/stabilize case fans...super-glue seems to work just fine for fastening.
