So basically i want to print out two pages per sheet somewhere not at home, but the printer can't use the option two pages per sheet while printing. So I was thinking of somehow doing that to the .pdf file from home so when i print it, the printer will be printing one page at a time but those pages will have two pages on them just like how it would be if i had chosen two pages per sheet. Is there any way to make a file that has two smaller pages per page, before printing? I tried to use print to file with the option of multiple pages per sheet on in Adobe Acrobat, but the file created can't be opened or anything. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks a lot for your help! :D

EDIT: I mean two pages per sheet as in the pages become smaller and put on the sheet. Similar to a book like this: http://www.google.com/imgres?um=1&hl=en&sa=N&biw=1440&bih=809&tbm=isch&tbnid=J5us46cxP9gSkM:&imgrefurl=http://www.macgasm.net/2010/10/06/amazon-kindle-app-cheat-sheets-landscape-view/&docid=HsVfCt5k5hN4uM&imgurl=http://www.macgasm.net/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/ipad-amazon-two.jpg&w=1276&h=1030&ei=T2gKT_O0I6nA0AHT4MSkAg&zoom=1&iact=hc&vpx=1007&vpy=288&dur=791&hovh=202&hovw=250&tx=65&ty=219&sig=105760711031590130882&page=7&tbnh=130&tbnw=161&start=172&ndsp=32&ved=1t:429,r:14,s:172

If you mean print front and back...what I used to do is just print the even-numbered pages...then take that stack, rearrange it...and print the odd-numbered pages in the proper order.

Can't comment on Adobe - I dumped that bloated software long ago, what a blessed relief.

Foxit will do the job. Using the Foxit File /Print command, you can select the pages you want
under Print Range, select Multiple pages per sheet under Page Arrange and 2 (or more) under Pages per sheet.

I'm still using version 3.3.1.0518 - I expect the new version operates in similar fashion.

Just make sure you install carefully and OPT OUT of all the Toolbars, Add-ons, etc.
(read the blurb at Cnet), unless you want them, of course.

If you just want to save a file, without printing, something like CUTE PDF will do the job.

I recall Andrew recommending Bullzip in another topic.

FYI, if you just want to print multiple pages on one sheet, Foxit 5 does the job.

It was about time I updated, anyway. :)
