When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

i have a laptop that is not responding to the touchpad or curser. I can boot up the lap top but the only way i can navigate to anything is with alt, esc, or tab keys. I tried to do a Microsoft update but cannot click on the boxes on any websites to choose an option. The last Microsoft update was installed on 12/16 but none after this date which I can see were available.

I am trying to do a system restore back to 12/16 to see if I can do anything else. Any other suggestion?
