Thank you oneof4 This will probably take me a little while.

Good morning oneof4,
I reset BIOS and cleaned the keyboard a little while I was there. I was clicking in the cover for the keyboard in and pushed the power button by accident. It started to come on, I saw the Asus screen and I turned it off real fast because the keyboard was not plugged in, I wanted to go straight to BIOS. When I plugged in the keyboard and powered it up, the display is black. I must have screwed it up, I must have missed the part about taking the battery out. When it powered up it sounded like it was normal. It was smooth and quiet and I'm pretty sure I could hear it when it was done loading Windows. Also the light on the mouse is on so USB ports work again. I reset BIOS again and pulled out the battery a few times. I haven't found anything on reseting BIOS and black screen. I read somewhere about a rest button but I don't see one.

Okay, it may not be as hopeless as you think...
Now that you appear to have keyboard and usb back, let's back up and try the procedure outlined in post #12 below:

Attach the mbr.zip using the Attachment feature at the bottom of the reply window.
