Malware removal help
Need help with removing malware
I'm trying to fix my sis' comp and not having any luck. It seems to be infected with some kind of malware or virus. I cannot install or uninstall any programs. I cannot run programs such as Malwarebytes, not even in safe mode. Nothing happen when I click on it. I tried right-click and run as administrator.
Malwarebyte, AVG and McAfee Security Center are installed.
I tried running exeHelper.com and tdsskiller. Not logs were generated.
This is Windows 7.
There is an error when it boots up. Something regarding 16 bit application is unsupported. \\.\globalroot\systemroot\svchost.exe cannot start.
Any help will be appreciated.

A small box will open, with an explaination about the tool. No input is needed, the scan is running.
Notepad will open with the results.
Follow the instructions that pop up for posting the results.
Close the program window, and delete the program from your desktop.
Please note: You may have to disable any script protection running if the scan fails to run. After downloading the tool, disconnect from the internet and disable all antivirus protection. Run the scan, enable your A/V and reconnect to the internet.
