When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Hi,
My ASUS netbook was infected with a trojan 2 weeks' ago. I found a solution online (using rkill. mbam and superantispyware) that enabled me to remove the trojan. However, now, I am unable to access the internet (wireless).
Specifically, the netbook is "connected" to the internet with strong signal but there is no internet access (IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity - no internet access). My router is working well as both my desktop and phone are able to access the net. I've tried the following
a) System Restore in Safe Mode
B) Installing and running LSP fix

But they don't work.

I'd be most grateful for any help!

Thank you very much.

Please download Farbar Service Scanner

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/farbar/FSS.exe

and run it on the computer with the issue.

* Press "Scan".
* It will create a log (FSS.txt) in the same directory the tool is run.
* Please copy and paste the log to your reply.
