Slow Games

All of the games I play on my computer Download/Install perfectly fine, but when i start up the game, It lags like crazy..
I've put the settings for all of my games to it's minimum.. Still laggy
Please help :C

1) Whats Games are you trying to play?
2) What Videocard, CPU, and RAM (amount in GB) do you have?
