Ok. My system's wireless connection keeps 'refreshing' itself every 1 minute. I rebooted the router a few times didnt help. The connection has 5 bars so I checked the event log, and here is what I found.

Name resolution for the name teredo.ipv6.microsoft.com timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded.

Did not work, the connection is still refreshing itself over and over again, but also when its doing such there is a period where the notification of the wireless icon shoes a red 'X' on it stating that it cannot find a connection, I realized the pci card has no antenna on it, so I bought one, just waiting for it in the mail. The driver for it may not work either because there is no 'wireless helper' program on it. I took the card out and here is the model number

Linksys WMP54G (There is no hardware version on the card for some reason)

I usually look for critical events under event viewer as certain warning level referred to DNS is not much related to your connection problem. Most likely is a hardware problem on your end.
