To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

adobe technical communications suite 2 can't uninstall

I installed a trial version of adobe technical communications suite 2. I want to uninstall it but am getting a message saying that RSO3MiddleTierService.exe is running and I need to stop it to uninstall. Adobe has been completely useless in helping to resolve this. Do you know how I stop RSO3MiddleTierService.exe? Any help would be appreciated.
