Hello,

Just wanted to say a quick hello and introduce myself. I'm no expert but have generally been somewhat pc-adept in the past. find myself with an issue that requires expertise though and am hopeful that I will be able to get this resolved.

I've perused the forums in the past and am always impressed at the interaction and solutions provided.
