Forum Rules

When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

If you have not received help after three days, please post a link to your topic HERE.

Hi, :hello: and welcome to BC forums.

You are very likely infected by a browser hijacker.

Please follow the instructions here.

Sorry, I'm fairly new here. This is the correct link.

Go here and I suggest you start with the first one and then see if there are any more that applies to your situation.

I followed the Instructions and saved a log from GMER. Do you want me to post it?

No, not here.

You will also need the DDS logs.

Then, as mentioned on the preparation page, post your logs in a new topic here >> Post a new malware removal request.

You appear to have 3 threads running about the same issue but I don't see any logs in any of them. Check your private messages. You should have a message from hamluis explaining that you need to follow the procedure for posting your logs.

To view pm's look to the right of your username at top of page and you will probably see a number one, click on it and it should take you to the message.

Logs required;

DDS.txt
Attach.txt
Ark.txt from GMER

Its impossible for anyone to help based on what you have posted so far.

My message box only has one message with a link directing me to here. I have posted a thread about it and no one has responded at all. Logs are pointless if no one is reading them.

Logs are not "pointless", they are what tells the analyst what is happening on your machine. If you continue to refuse to post your logs I think it unlikely that you will receive any help.

Meanwhile, the site helpbot has responded here >> http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic434797.html/page__view__findpost__p__2534479
