I have replaced PSU, HDD and MOBO with identical items.
Installed XP Pro on new hdd 250GB WD, boot log shows that ibrtfdc.sys was not loaded.
Shows pcidump.sys not loaded, (potential threat)
Need suggestions as to how to start ibrtfdc.sys.
OS goes through boot screen, into windows screen then either black screens and reboots or gets to the desktop an then reboots.
it will also at time cycle through the 2 screens rebooting.
Any ideas out there?

That file (lbrtfdc) is identified as a Toshiba floppy driver/controller.
If this is a Dell system...I have no idea what it would be doing in your install files.
