When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Westell is the only name I see...can't make out the model number
4 Lan ports 1 Wan port
Wifes cable is black CAT 5...mine is yellow FT 1 with White CAT5 e going into the WAN port

then the westell is acting as the firewall. Can you login to the westell and determine if it has any port forwarding settings?

My work schedule is as follows: Mon and Tues 1800 to 0600, Friday - Sunday 1800EST to 0600, and Wednesday to Thursday 1800est to 0600. So if I do not respond right away I am at work.

Went to Verizon...they have a IN HOME AGENT...supposed to check my system and let me know what's what...improve the speed...gonna run it early in the AM when I'm the only one on....
As I said in the previous post would/is CAT 5 e a better cable for connecting to the router or does it make any difference

Is mbam still popping up?

OK...ran the VERIZON IN HOME AGENT....as of 7:44 PM CST in Texas I have had no popups...and the MAMB popup seems to have stopped..Time will tell
Till something else happens I'l be checkin in a lot less...Thank You very much
