Acceptable price should be $400 approximately..
More functions, easy operation and elegant..which should be suitable for a girl use.I watch most models online, but totally confused and do not know which model should i have.

I've never heard of THC, are you sure you don't mean HTC?
If so where do you live? Many phone models are available in some areas and not others. Which cell phone carrier do you want to use? Phones, at least in the U.S., vary based on cell phone carrier. Models on Verizon are different from those on ATT, for instance. HTC makes various smartphones which different OSes, which do you want, Windows Phone or Android?
