BleepingComputer.com: Computer crashing, instantly to black screen

Hi,

I'm running into an issue where my computer is crashing and I can't figure out whats causing it. It goes directly to black screen (monitor shows lost signal) and initiates a restart and nothing in particular seems to trigger it.

What I'm getting in the system event viewer is the following:

I've attached the mini dump file as well, I've renamed it to .txt because it wouldn't let me attach a .dmp. The only thing I can think of that might have triggered it is I installed system mechanic and it repaired a bunch of registry stuff, and cleared some old files out, but once it started happening I restored back to before registry mechanic was installed.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe to run the program.
when scanning is done, go to EDIT - Select All
Go to FILE - SAVE Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all of the content, and paste it into your next reply

Here are the 3 mini dumps present, it didn't pick up the last one I guess because I changed the extension. I changed ti back, but it is still associating it as a text file. Thanks again

1) Try to uninstall dvd43 (http://www.dvd43.com/)
2) Download and install the latest nvidia driver.
