I ran malwarebytes to find a trojan on my computer. There were 2 files: One was in the Local AppData folder somewhere and the other was in some kind of dump file in the registry. So i deleted them with malwarebytes and restarted the computer; that's when all hell broke loose. When the computer came back on all of my anti-virus and spyware software was turned off and none of my applications will run. When I try, an error appears saying, "could not complete command path" (or something like that). So I system restored to a previous date; nothing. Even when I turn it on in safe mode I can't do anything. At one point I turned it off and it blue screened..the log file said the files were still on my computer. This is not because of a fake anti-virus thing..or at least it didn't ask me to run one. Please Help!

Hello,
Can you tell me what version of Windows this is? What exactly do you see when you turn on your computer (do you get to the desktop, and what error exactly do you get when, for example, attempting to open your browser)?
