I am trying to help my in-laws with thier computer and there is a problem with Adobe Flash player. When I open IE, the toolbars on the top of my browser are all red X's - no images there. When I go to a site, such as youtube it says I need Flash player, so I install it. After this, all the toolbar icons are back and youtube works. But each time I close my browser window, then reopen it, I have to start all over again. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks, I appreciate any help.

Download the Flash uninstall tool at the link below and run it. Then download and install a fresh version of Flash.
