I registered today, but I believe I've had some run-ins with this site for a few years at least. I hope to learn more about my own computer and how to protect it from any harm inside and out. I'm a bit rusty as far as antiviruses and quick techniques for fixing simple computer errors and such. Th is because I built my first computer (the one I am on now) back in May 2010, and had a pretty modern laptop from 2009 to May. This along with real life dulled my memory as far as how to reset and manage computers in a simple sense. Such as activating the administrator account on WIN 7 which I have never done since XP. Anyway, I hope I may learn from here and remember what I had learned before...That and get rid of the Google redirect/ping.exe thingy I got after running into Win 7 2012 virus.
