First time post, but I've had help from this site before so I hope there's someone out there with a solution.
I have Firefox 8.0, says it's up to date and my computer hasn't slowed or crashed, but I have literally dozens of Windows updates that never move past 0% since this showed up (its been almost 3 weeks)
Other forums recommend downloading free scans (ex hitman, Kaspersky, super-anti spyware, etc) the only one I've tried is Kaspersky but it didn't detect anything, neither does my antivirus software BitDefender. I'm afraid to try others I'm unfamiliar with or delete any rundll32.exe processes since I'm not too computer savvy and don't want to really mess things up

Please let me know if there's a safe scan or specific directions on what I can add/remove to fix this

Hi there,

Maybe you should give your machine a scan with Malewarebytes or SUPERAntispyware? Free yet very powerful removal tools. If this does not help then I suggest you obtain help within the Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs part of the forum. Please read HERE to get started.
