Please confirm the message Internet Explorer stopped working, or as posted. Do you have an alternative browser to check on your problem? Have you tried refreshing the page(F5) or clearing temporary internet files or cache? Try using Ccleaner to clear junk files.

Please confirm the message Internet Explorer stopped working, or as posted..........should read,"Internet Explorer Stopped Working". The message does not appear when trying to access any other site.
Do you have an alternative browser to check on your problem?.........No. Have only one browser.
Have you tried refreshing the page(F5)........No. Will get my wife to do this tonight when she tries to access.
or clearing temporary internet files or cache?........Done.
Try using Ccleaner to clear junk files..........Use Cclearer once a month or so.
Thanks for your input. Will get my wife to do the refreshing bit this evening.

Thanks for your reply.
1. After using your link to run the 'Fix it', the message, "Data Execution Prevention disabled", followed by "Fixed" appeared. Until my wife accesses her user tonight, I will have no idea as to whether the Fix it really did fix it. Will let you know.
2. I wouldn't how to do either but if you could see your way to providing another link, I am more than willing to try.

Go To:Internet Options (Type inetcpl.cpl in RUN )
- Advanced tab and check Use Software Rendering Instead Of GPU Rendering(first section on the top)
Apply and restart IE 9
Good luck

Hi there. I'm sorry for the late reply but with xmas looming, I have been very busy. Before I tackle your advice, can I just ask what it means and what are the benfits of such an application? Also, where do I find 'Run'?
