Hi
I don't know a lot about computers and I'd really appreciate some help.
I've recently upgraded to Windows 7 and suddenly one day my sound stopped working. I've tried several fixes that I read about on the internet. As a result of a sfc scan, I generated a report of errors. Most of the errors say something along the following lines:
CSI 00002238 [SR] Cannot repair member file [l:36{18}]"Amd64\CNBDUP44.GPD of prnca00z.inf, Version = 6.1.7600.163
85, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_AMD64 (9), Culture neutral, VersionScope = 1 non
SxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, Type = [l:24{12}]"driverUpdate",
TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral in the store, file is missing
Do you know what this means? How can I repair the file?
Thank you.
