I got infected with blacole.ac. I think it happened when I downloaded a file starting with winupd(forgot rest of name). Windows defender spotted it,but didn't remove it. I noticed popups about winning an ipad after it appeared on my system. A new process also showed up in task manager that started with temp:.
I got a blue screen error before
I tried to run combofix. Combofix wanted to restart. Since running combofix, the computer doesn't restart in windows 7. I have a sony vaio and it starts in web mode, which only allows internet access through the splashtop browser.
I have Windows 7, 64 bit edition.
