Youtube and other site videos don't play on my Mac. I was wondering what i needed to reinstall to regain this function. I may have accidentally deleted a driver or something crucial like that.

My Mac has a Power PC, not Intel. Whenever I try to upgrade, Internet Explorer, Flash Player, etc, I get a "not supported" message. I have installed whatever upgrades, patches, plug-ins available, but still cannot run higher than IE5, & videos & games stall. Is there anything available to enable upgrades? What about Parallels?

Adobe or Mac has decided not to support flash on PowerPC.
Have you considered a Linux distro?
Here is one link to Ubuntu on PowerPC. You can read more about using Ubuntu and how to install it. I think 10.04 would have the least problems/ issues.
