HP Smartprint on Win 7 Enforced tool bar

Hi, I recently upgraded to Win 7 from XP...I use a HP Deskjet8500 on my network... On XP the SmartPrint Icon was on the normal toolbar, now, when it is selected it informs me that I have to upgrade. Having done this it seems that I being forced to use Bing Toolbar which I do not want on my system. How can I get back to the icon for smartprint being on my main toolbar.
I have looked on HP website, not helpful. I have tried to email HP, not helpful.
