When I try to update a website using "FTP SURFER"

It only open so far then.......

"Surfer.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close."

What's the problem?

Cheers

Latest verion installed.
When I try to open "htdocs" folder, I can see the contents then I get a popup with the following

"Surfer.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Is my only option to uninstall then reinstall FTP Surfer?
Extremely frustrating,

I Appreciate any and all advice or help.

Desperate

Yes, I think this is the best way to uninstall and reinstall it again.
Could be a bug in the latest version though. I know FTP surfer is buggy software.. tried it before and changed to Filezilla because of the many errors I was getting all the time.

I think you better contact the Ftp surfer support team. As I already said... I had a lot of errors with it in the past.. that's why I don't use it anymore.
