No internet connection. Have run Malware software - removed virus - What now? Virus or Malware has disabled internet connection

Help. I have run AVG and removed AVG. I have run MBAM and cleaned things up. I still do not have internet connectivity after dealing with some sort of major virus or malware or whatever it's called.

Can someone help me?
