When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Hi,
My machine has (I think) become infected with malware which seems to redirect searches to a site called kozanekozasearchsystem.com
The search never lands on this site, but usually redirects to commercial and or explicitly sexual websites which cannot have been remembered by my browser. This is happening with IE Firefox and Chrome. McAfee is current and reporting no errors. I have also installed 'Malware Bytes' in a moment of desperation (this may have been a mistake). I have also used the Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool, which reports errors, but the error codes are not covered in the help files, and I can't deduce whether or not these errors are relevant.

Can anyone advise on the best way forward?

thanks

Paul
