When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Hello,
I have encountered a really annoying problem on my computer (using other computer).
I was playing a game when a virus pops out from Avast!
I haven't really see what it is since my computer froze so I shut it down.
And then, when I logged back in, this XP Antispyware 2012 popped out and started scanning my computer, I exactly knew what this
is. So, I restarted my computer and went to safe mode with networking, where there I can delete that virus with Malware Bytes.
But! Here is the thing, when I logged on, the XP Antispyware 2012 popped out and came scanning on my computer in safe mode. I can't
open anything since it won't let me open anything both in safe mode and normal mode. Please help! I do not know what to do and I am worried.
(I have also done research on google and found nothing useful)
Thanks to all that replies! I appreciate it. :)

Hello, there are a couple steps in here that I feel will help.

Please follow our Removal Guide here (Uninstall Guide) .
After reading how the malware is misleading you ...
You will move to the Automated Removal Instructions

After you completed that, post your scan log here, let me know how things are.
The log is automatically saved and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Copy and paste the contents of that report in your next reply. Be sure to post the complete log to include the top portion which shows MBAM's database version and your operating system.
How do I get help? Who is helping me?
