I have a fairly new (September 2011) Asus U46e-Bal5.

Some keys, (usually keys in the top left of the keyboard (a,three, five most often)) just stop working. All other keys work, except for a select one or two at a time.

They will usually be back to normal if I turn the computer off and on. Sometimes pushing down very hard for 'a' seems to work, but not the others.
I have looked for other complaints about this keyboard, but mostly seem to find reviews on how great the chicklet keyboard is.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I can't keep turning the computer off every time it happens.

Thanks!

Return it to get warranty work done on it.

My work schedule is as follows: Mon and Tues 1800 to 0600, Friday - Sunday 1800EST to 0600, and Wednesday to Thursday 1800est to 0600. So if I do not respond right away I am at work.
