Which graphic card is better? Gigabyte Amd Radeon HD 6450 vs. Gigabyte Nvidia GT 240

Hello.
I recently bought 2 graphic cards.
One is Gigabyte Amd Radeon HD 6450 and the other one Gigabyte Nvidia GT 240 (GV-N240D3).
Could someone tell me which one is I should use.
Which one is better?
My system is:
-Windows 7, 64 bit (home edition)
-Gigabyte motherboard GA-H61M-S2V-B3 1GB , 128 bit
-Intel Core i3-2100 CPU 3.10 GhZ
- 4 Gb PC 1333
- 550W PS

Which graphic card would be optimal for my system (medium price range).
