Can anyone recommend a decent wallpaper manager application? (preferably free)

I can't recommend anything, in particular, but here are a couple of links to freeware utilities that might be of use to you:

Yeah, I've tried looking at the likes of cnet, and doing other searches, but I prefer personal recommendation.
