ok, i am trying to help a neighbor with their computer. Problems:
#1) they had viruses, and I used malwarebytes to quarantine and remove them, but. . .
a) The teenager in the house was experimenting with how to download free trucker games and was learning how to do "things" on the computer, and created 4 user acct.s on the computer. The start-up menu in the original user acct. seems to be missing important graphics and menu items like -control panel, and all the other menu items that are normally seen in that particular menu. There was a message that was running that read: "C:Users\babb\AppDta\Local\Deployment\Deployment\DeploymentUpdate\Deploymentup.Dll" and then "invalid access to memory location". This is seen only under the original acct. I am afraid to remove this acct. because it is the original, but all the other acct.s dont have this problem.
