If you could post this log. we may get some information to use, Then one of our simpletons may be able to see what is wrong here.
Please download MiniToolBox, save it to your desktop and run it.
Checkmark the following checkboxes:
Click Go and post the result (Result.txt). A copy of Result.txt will be saved in the same directory the tool is run.
Note: When using "Reset FF Proxy Settings" option Firefox should be closed

what happens is it looks like its loading but never does.. sometimes i get a whtie screen sometimes the screen doesnt change at all im in windows 7 using an hp laptop thats all i know about computers so please help me thanks
