Finally broke down and admitted I can't fix these slow computer issues myself any more. 80 year old mom still expects me to keep her bleeping computer going. I have thrown memory, hard drive and bandwidth at it to no avail. So much stuff I can't identify on it any more. Time to ask for expert advice from kids half my age. Sure glad you're here! Mike G.
