Swap Partition for Windows 7 Says it all in the title

Im curious if anyone can tell me how to configure Windows 7 use a Swap Partition instead of a Swap File. I heard it is possible to do so using special drivers. Another question is how much of a performance difference it actually would make over using a Swap File.

If you mean you want to use a separate partition for your swap file, just set it in System Properties - Advanced System Settings - Performance Settings - Advanced Tab. As for how much of a performance increase there will be - Essentially None.

So that's what i would do to get it similar to the way Linux has there swap setup?
