BleepingComputer.com: Can't save in Notepad

Any idea why I wouldn't be able to save a .txt or an 'all files' document in Notepad? I don't get any errors or anything, just no response when I hit the 'save' button. I'm running a Dell Inspiron laptop, about seven months old and have all the latest service packs and such.

OK now I feel really stupid. It wasn't that it wouldn't save, it was just that before you can save, you've got to re move the dang asterisk that's in front of the .txt extension. *headdesk*
