Long, Long time reader first time poster : )

I am an Australian , 47 years old living with my Wife and 3 Kids here in Sydney, Aus.

I run and own TechCheckers (I am the Head Checker!), began my IT journey in 1996 with a National Telecom/ISP Helpdesk [The Sound of a Rockwell 56K Chipset], gained the role of National Help Desk trainer, mostly dial-up back then and then moved to designing Mobile Infrastructural Networks for 4 Years, since 2004 have been a Day to Day Onsite Technician for Residential and (mainly) SME clients, I speak Mac, Windows. SBS 2003, Networking, Printers, Malware Removal, Software and Hardware troubleshooting, Software Recommendation (especially freeware & open source), SEO, How to leverage your IT Spend, basically a Generalist who is either working with computers or using computers for fun and edumacation...

I would rate my Windows skills as good to excellent and Mac as good and improving every day, Networking very strong for most SME networks and resonable (self-taught) SBS skills. Good with Hardware of all kinds, and enjoy learning new tech...(I really am the kinda guy who read the manuals in my down time : )
