Computer novice

Hi,
I'm new to this site and basically a computer novice. I need lots of help with my computer problems and heard this was the place to come. I have adware, spyware, trojans which i took care of most of them but my computer is eating up memory ! Thanks in advance for all your expert advise. Look forward to working with everyone. ellen0993
