when you go into the System Recovery Environment there should be retore to factory settings

Got to safe mode with the Windows Startup Disc, ran command prompt, opened notepad, file -> open, but when I go to the computer, it lists the flash drive, the portable flash drive, and my CD drive, but my hard drive is no longer listed.

start Puppy that we made - look for sba1 that should me the harddrive and see what folders are there
