Hello ComputerMan23 and welcome to the BC HijackThis forum. As far as the HijackThis log goes it is clean. There are no signs of viruses or malware at this time.
It might just be a false positive from Norton. What is the specific file that Norton is saying is the problem which it cannot remove? NiceSpy is a type of keylogger which will track user's activities while on the computer. Norton might be seeing something like the Anti-Keylogger and confusing it with NiceSpy. Hard to say at this point.
Post back with some additional information and we'll see if we can't point you in the right direction.
Cheers.

A little window would come up from Norton saying ' norton antivirus has detected NiceSpy 4.0." then it would give me the name of it- NiceSpy.Adware or something like that, then it would ask me what i wanted to do with it. scan it, or ignore it. It wont scan it though. Plus I checked those registry keys and found nothing and I looked in Add/Remove, since its a commerical product- found nothing. So yeah...

Let's do this and see what we find:
Download WinPFind.zip and unzip the contents to the C:\ folder.
Start in Safe Mode Using the F8 method:
When the scan is complete reboot normally and post the WinPFind.txt file (located in the WinPFind folder) back here along with a new HijackThis log and I will review the information when it comes in.

Start in Safe Mode Using the F8 method:
- Restart the computer.
- As soon as the BIOS is loaded begin tapping the F8 key until the boot menu appears.
- Use the arrow keys to select the Safe Mode menu item.
- Press the Enter key.
When the scan is complete reboot normally and post the WinPFind.txt file (located in the WinPFind folder) back here along with a new HijackThis log and I will review the information when it comes in.
