Hello..
I have a problem with my laptop's battery..
the problem is the laptop does not want to charge the battery..
When I plugged in the battery..the laptop said "0% available (plugged in, not charging)"..
Is the battery already dead or what?
Thank you..

the light from the laptop indicates that the battery is fully charged.. (blue=100%, orange=charging)

I mean, does laptop able to run with the battery alone after charging while computer is turned off? Does laptop able to run on AC adapter only, w/out the battery?

Well, the battery is dead. Must have forgotten that he will be reuse after 4 months. Most articles I've read that its better to drain the battery and remove from laptop in case of being kept unused for a long time.
