Whea-Logger Event Id 46 Errors Fatal Hardware Errors causing unexpected Reboots

Server Specs:

Win 2K8 R2 SP 1
Intel Xeon CPUs x 2 - E5640 @ 2.67GHz
24GB Memory installed (system was installed offsite before me so I don't have specific model/dimm breakdown)

This system has been getting the following error for the last 4 months:

Source: WHEA-Logger Event ID: 46
A fatal hardware error has occurred.

Component: Memory
Error Source: Machine Check Exception

I'm not local to this system so I ran the Windows Memory Diagnostic and everything came back clean. The Event 46 causes the server to reboot at random (typically every other day).

Memory Diagnostic information:
Source: MemoryDiagnostic-Results Event ID 1101
The Windows Memory Diagnostic tested the computer's memory and detected no errors

I am game anything you can suggest for remote testing, physical onsite will be difficult as the server in question is 500km away.
