Whats the handiest way to clean a laptop ?...

Hi

Just wondering whats the handiest way to clear all contents pics , music etc off a laptop?..

As my laptops very slow etc & also needs to be cleared

Use Windows Disk Cleanup. If you have everything backed up on all files, reinstalling the operating system would clear everything. Provided you have no hardware problem.

Format and reinstall the O/S...or use the recovery/restore mechanism provided by system manufacturer.

Hello and welcome to bleeping computer you say your laptop is slow then do the following please.
Download CCLEANER the link below:

Just DONT us the registry cleaner function of CCleaner unless you know what you are deleting exactly!!

Then open ccleaner hit the tools button then startup second one down below uninstall then in the bottom right hand corner of ccleaner hit save to text file.Save it to your desktop and post the startup.txt here in your next reply.Also hit start run then type msconfig then hit the services tab then hit put a check mark in hide microsoft services what is listed there,after hiding microsoft services?
