Hi Bleeping computer,
For a while my computer has been freezing randomly, mainly when I'm watching a video online or something. My computer would freeze and the audio would drag into a slow noise, and I would have to wait 2-3 minutes before it would go back to normal.
However, last night, my computer froze, the screen went black and then it shut down. I looked at the action center and it said my graphics card malfunctioned.
I already updated everything so I'm really not sure what to do. This is the error I got

Let's try this.
Download/install BlueScreenView, http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html .
Double-click BlueScreenView.exe file.
When autoscan is done (screen comes up), click Edit/Select All...then File/Save Selected Items.
Save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content and paste it into your next reply.

Hi Hamluis,
Unfortunately the Blue screen view program says that there are zero crashes, but I'm sure there was a minidump file
I think I accidentally deleted them using ccleaner
In the future should I uncheck memory dumps for Ccleaner?

Also I was wondering, is it normal for me to have multiple Microsoft visual C++ programs?

I can't tell you anything about CCleaner...but I can tell you that .dmp files are useful and important when generated.
As for Visual C installs...various programs install their own version of Visual C...and a user can install versions. And critical updates to Visual C are also reflected in Add/Remove on my systems. I currently show 9 entries in my Add/Remove related to Visual C and I don't worry about anything reflected in Add/Remove Programs that relates to Microsoft.
