Hello all, i am new here and was referred to this site from someone on another forum (non-computer related) when i was asking for help on how to diagnose and fix the problem with my computer. I have read the thread that tells me to download a certain program that will allow me to take a log of all the apps, etc. I will do this sometime this week and will post it on the boards when i have. I look forward to your help!!
