In your start up list You said that this ctfmon.exe is : Added by the Troj/Bckdr-QTA backdoor Trojan. When I try to disable it from my start-up menu, it applies itself right back on. Also I can not find the file for this on my pc anywhere.I have run scans on my computer from Norton and Malwarebytes and they have not picked this up. So. is this a back door Trojan..and if so..how do I get rid of it. I am computer illiterate, so please be easy with me on the explanation. Thank You
